


About Jade
Jade Williams is a Registered Nurse and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. She spent 10 years in the nursing field in various settings including emergency medicine, cardiac, perioperative, and integrative medicine. Seeking a different avenue for empowering individuals in their wellness journeys, Jade received her health coach training at Vanderbilt University. She received her National Board Certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. Jade has experience working as a coach, mentor, and facilitator with the Whole Health Institute, the Vanderbilt University Health Coach Certification program, and the Meharry-Vanderbilt Health Coaching program. She also partners with Caring for the Body LLC offering health coaching within a Functional Medicine clinical practice. Jade has experience in telephonic, virtual, and in-person coaching, as well as individual and group facilitation. She is a health coach with the MoVE clinical trial (Motivational Strategies to Empower African Americans to Improve Dialysis Adherence) through Vanderbilt University Medical Center and funded by the National Institute of Health. Jade lives in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina. She enjoys all things outdoors, globe-trotting, studying Spanish, her Australian Shepherd and German Shorthaired Pointer, and cheering on Liverpool F.C.
